The combination of aluminium base and sealed (potted) electronics result in extreme rugged construction.
Charging is dynamic. The Max Charge constantly monitors battery voltage and controls alternator output as needed. A 45s start delay and soft voltage ramp ensure minimal engine and belt fatigue. Advanced programming functions enable user adjustment of time and voltage values in all charging stages. The Amp Manager precisely limits alternator output to control belt wear. Equalization mode offers periodic battery conditioning.
Alternator and Battery Temperature Sensing (optional sensors) ensure optimal system protection, as well as voltage compensation based on battery temperature.
